For example, an applicant’s résumé, CV, EPK, DJ mixes, professional experience, videos, and related application information may be provided to a cruise line or entertainment company considering that applicant.
Applicant information is not intended to be made publicly available merely because it was submitted to Central Booking Group.
Public promotional use of an applicant’s photographs, videos, recordings, or other materials would be handled separately and, where appropriate, would require additional authorization or approval.
6. Future Opportunities
By submitting an application, applicants may be considered for opportunities other than the specific position or program for which they originally applied.
We may contact applicants regarding relevant future entertainment, cruise line, recruitment, or employment opportunities during the retention period described below.
These communications are recruitment-related communications and are not general promotional or advertising messages.
Central Booking Group does not currently use applicant information for unrelated promotional email or text-message marketing.
7. Applicant Data Retention
We generally retain applicant information for up to 12 months following the applicant’s submission or most recent relevant interaction with Central Booking Group.
During this period, an applicant may be considered for current or future opportunities consistent with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
After that period, if we wish to share an applicant’s information with a prospective cruise line, entertainment company, hiring department, or recruitment partner for a new opportunity, we will contact the applicant before doing so and obtain renewed confirmation or authorization.

Certain information may be retained for a longer period when reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.

11. Advertising and Analytics
As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, Central Booking Group does not use:

- TikTok Pixel

- Advertising-based visitor profiling
